Printer Calibration Guide

Bed Leveling

1. Home the printer and move nozzle to each corner.
2. Use a piece of paper to check clearance between nozzle and bed.
3. Adjust bed screws until paper moves with slight resistance.
4. Repeat for all corners until bed is level.

Extruder Calibration

1. Measure filament flow using a ruler and extrusion test.
2. Adjust extruder steps/mm in firmware if under/over-extruding.
3. Calibrate retraction settings to prevent stringing.

Temperature Calibration

1. Use a thermocouple to verify nozzle temperature accuracy.
2. Adjust temperature PID values in firmware if discrepancies exist.
