Filament Change Process

Steps for Smooth Transitions

1. Preheat nozzle to filament's melting temperature (+10°C).
2. Unload current filament via printer's control menu.
3. Insert new filament into extruder.
4. Purge until new filament flows consistently (10-20cm).
5. Check extrusion rate and adjust if necessary.

Troubleshooting

• Bubbles in filament: Increase temperature by 5°C increments.
• No extrusion: Check nozzle clog and perform cold pull.
• Color mixing: Purge longer or use a nozzle cleaner.
